One of my current roles as the Program Director for the Streator Family YMCA is co-managing the Facebook, Instagram, and Constant Contact accounts. Below are the social media feeds, post examples, and a Constant Contact email campaign. When I started in September 2023, I built a content calendar to help the YMCA plan and organize our social media posts. We use the calendar to plan posts, track what departments are being represented, and determine who is in charge of what post. From September 2023 to February 2024, our Facebook likes have increased by 56%, total following has increased by 49%, and engagement has increased by 184%. In the same amount of time, Instagram accounts reached increased by 12%, engagement increased by 8%, and total followers increased by 4%. This data was pulled from the social media analytics I conducted.

I currently work as a freelance social media coordinator for More on Main, a cafe in Streator, IL. In this role, I manage their Instagram and TikTok accounts. Since October 2023, I've helped the company with brand identity and consistent posting on Instagram and TikTok. I've built a content calendar for them, collaborate with the owner and employees, create and post content weekly, and conduct social media analytics on a monthly basis. In the last 5 months, More on Main's TikTok likes increased by 110%, video views increased by 153%, and followers increased by 62%.
